Reviews that arrive long after the service was performed are worth noticing. The customer was happy enough that they eventually came back to leave feedback - that is a meaningfully different signal than a review written the same afternoon while the experience is still fresh. When not to use this template: If you genuinely cannot tell when the service was performed, or if the review seems recent despite the date, default to a simpler template. Do not pretend to know the timing if you do not have that context.
